Effectively implementing and integrating a new clinical solution into your organization takes time and effort. As part of your clinical solution agreement, you receive the necessary services to have your products up and running and successfully integrated into your workflow. Our consultants use our custom workflow methodology to ensure we develop the right program for your internal and external audience. With more than 15+ years experience in healthcare IT, nursing, and/or risk management, our consultants partner with our clients by working as an extension of their staff throughout the project life-cycle to operationalize clinical and web-based solutions at a pace manageable for each organization. Our consultants have experience working with large and small specialty groups, hospital services both inpatient and ambulatory care settings, and a wide variety of medical specialties. Workflow Methodology

As you work with NorthPoint Domain to build your clinical solution or once it is in use, we offer additional services to further enhance your use. Our implementation experts can work with you onsite or offsite to develop:

  • Additional clinical solution development and workflow redesign; process review and recommendations
  • Standard train-the-trainer programs for system administration and end-user programs
  • End-user training sessions including custom curriculum development
  • Training can be conducted in a classroom setting, webex, or through a shoulder-to-shoulder approach
  • Go live readiness check-list review, recommendations, and/or onsite go-live support
  • Post-live audits of usage, workflows, measurements, and staff and patient feedback
